In more than 20 years of activity, Ovidiu has amassed vast experience in company startups, developing sales and distribution networks, and personnel recruitment, selection and training.
Since 1993 he has held managerial positions in FMCG, insurance and energy companies, consolidating his career in companies such as: Interbrands, Friesland Dairy Foods, NN Asigurari de Viata Romania, Petrom and Fincop.
He has developed personnel training strategies for more than 5000 people and has trained his own collaborators from the organizations he has worked in. He has been LIFO (Life Orientation) certified since 2008.
In the past years, Ovidiu has dedicated himself to his career as a trainer, delivering programs to over 2000 people on subjects such as leadership, managerial skills, sales, negotiation, customer care, time management, project management, as well as complex team building programs.
Ovidiu is an engineer and graduate of the Faculty of Electrotechnics of Cluj Napoca.
